4/5. The vertical cable v max keystones snap in and is secure when you're sorting the wires. When you're trying to get the keystone back out, that takes a little more effort than I'd like. Needs some kind of hole on the bottom to help you push it out, but otherwise works well. Should fit most keystones, I only tried vertical cable's and monoprice's jacks and they both fit.
