Cat6a Cable | Slim Cat 6A, UTP | 6 Inch Red
Many people question the difference between ca6 v cat6a network cables. While it's true that both types of cabling are capable of 10gbps speeds the difference between cat6 vs cat6a ethernet cables is a reliable, consistent speed at longer lengths. Regular cat6 patch cables can deliver fast gigabit ethernet speeds but only under ideal conditions, cat6a cable on the other hand adheres to stricter manufacturing guidelines where the utp copper wires are actually twisted at a tighter degree which minimizes crosstalk and makes sure the signal stays strong even at longer lengths. This red 6 inch cat6a patch cable is UL approved and ROHS compliant. Made of 28 gauge pure copper wire the differences in the minds of most are well worth the cat6a cost.

as advertised
So I purchased some cheap cables from amazon and got what we paid for, they were no faster than regular cat6 and in fact had a few that were bad right away with packet loss and errors. We then decided to try a few from different sources, cables for less being one of a few we tested, we were very happy with these and came back to purchase more. I've personally installed dozens now and am very pleased overall. As thin as these are they still perform as advertised with speeds well above most.
