What is Aerial Cable? It is an outdoor rated high-performance data cable suitable for aerial routes to hang in the air, perhaps running between poles to bring your out-building online. Also referred to as an air cable the aerial cable is insulated and usually contains all the required conductors for a telecommunication line or an electrical distribution system (generally using aerial bundled cables). If you’re looking for aerial ethernet cables, we’ve got you covered. We carry CAT6 aerial cables as well as CAT5e aerial cables with messenger wire (a steel wire for extra support). We also carry UV rated bulk cat5 cell tower rated cable that can be installed above ground, buried under ground or ran up a tower.
